The Bluebay Hotels, Zanzibar have, over the years, earned a reputation as the foremost incentive destination on the Island. With our new addition of the exclusive Club24 at the Bluebay Beach Resort, groups can now have their own exclusive hotel-within-a-hotel for all activities and theme events, uninterrupted and in total privacy.

And we do not stop at the expected: many times we have organized out-of-the -ordinary special incentives at short notice to meet specific requirements of our guests. We work with you through the planning stages offering a choice of well structured, time-tested and refined options, and stay on hand throughout the execution stage to ensure that each step and event is not only a success but a rewarding experience for the participants.
